Punarnava can help upto some extent....ur TSH is 9.2 so it requires a proper treatment.... definately it will going to come if u start as early as possible....See  if these is the initial stage of Hypothroidism....Ur age is 40 so u have to take proper medicines for the same...Ur menstrual cycle became irregular because of thyroid is not working properly....so as its level increase u start getting the other symptoms... And try to go for Ayurveda because we have to treat the root cause along with symptomatic relief.....but one thing is that if u take allopathy medicine then its subside temporarily but once u stop its again start increasing....so i would suggest u to go for Ayurveda and see the changes.....we have controlled the TSH of patients without Thyronorm and all....i m prescribing some medicine but it also required some dietary changes.....
Next Steps
1)Kanchnaar guggula 2-0-2 2) Arogyavardhini 2-0-2 3) Medopachaka 1tsp three times a day 4) Bhuikoda + Puspadhanva mix it and take 1 tsp twice a day ...
Health Tips
in later stage ur weight will increase along with many other complications....
