TSH is 8.1, FT3, FT4 normal
Recently i was being treated for Gastritis/Acidity as i was feeling upper abdominal pain/discomfort, bloating etc. Gastroenterologist prescribed me Tablet Nexpro 40 for a month and Nexpro RD 40 thereafter for 15 days. In my last visit doctor suggested me to test TSH. I have attached reports for same. Is this high TSH because of side effects of medicines i took? Will tsh come back to normal on its own? Is there any natural way to cure this? If not What is the next step i should take? Is it something worrysome? My height is 177 cm and Weight is 58 kg.

TSH will not be raised because of medication you took for gastritis . It may increase some time due to infection , liver disease or any kidney problems or for ladies due to pregnancy. For you it may be suggestive of hypothyroid. But it should be confirmed again by repeating the TFT . There is no natural way which can cure Harmonal dis balance it can only kept on normal limit by replacing the harmon in form of tablet or injection
Next Steps
Repeat TFT
