My mother, age 54 has been suffering from type 2 diabetes since 2 years and thyroid problem since 10 years. She is taking medicine for diabetes. 2 months back her TSH level was 0.07. Doctor recommended to stop taking ELTROXIN 100 mcg.  She didn't take ELTROXIN for 2 months. Today her test report came. T4 level is 1.1 and TSH is more than 150.
