The TSH level, of my body is 5.4, as per a recent report.
Is this something fine or alarming for a family planning?

I can understand your concern.
Most labs have different reference ranges.
Anyways, 0.5- 4 is considered normal in most lab reports.
I don't know what your lab reference range is.
If it's within normal, then you need not worry about it. If not, then you need to consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
