Planning pregnancy Thyroid Report 13 sep - T3 - 2.44 , T4 - 8.73 and TSH - 4.81 Prescribed Thyronorm 25 mcg - Six week to reduce serum TSH below 2.5 22 Oct - T3 - 1.99, T4 - 10.75 and TSH - 5.74 Why this increased and will this create problem in pregnancy? What can be done?

Hello! Do not worry. As pregnancy advances there is a varied requirement for thyroid hormone. So visit your doctor to get the medication titrated according to your levels. Preferably get the test done in the same standard lab every time. Take care!
