TSH level is 21.7 in 8 weeks pregnancy
My wife is 8 weeks pregnant and she is having TSH 21.7 , so wanted to know is there any impact on mother and baby development also will it be cure by medicine permanently? Or we need to do something else to make it completely normal please suggest?

Definitely medicine is required othwise bad effects will occur on baby. Even miscarriage can occur.
