Typically TSH level needs to be checked after 6-8 weeks after treatment started.as you have only 16 days days since you have started the medication, you should wait for at least 3 more weeks and again get the TSH level done and if TSH level is not in the range, then dose should be adjusted accordingly.

Check the methodology in which you are taking the tablet. Are you taking it early in the morning as soon as you get up? Are you taking it with one gulp of water or a whole glass of water? Are you taking it with normal water or hot water? How long are you waiting to eat or drink after taking the tablet?
