Is there CBNAAT test for granulomatous lymphadenitis tuberculosis???
Is this necessary test or do I skip as my doctor says it's only for lungs tuberculosis ..?

CBNAAT test can be do test for TB .
Tuberculosis is caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis.
Test of tuberculosis are many like montex test, Elisa test , X-ray of chest and CT of Chest
,CBNAAT, Cough Culture and Drug senstivity test.
So before the diagnosis of Tb you should take consultation from a good doctor .
According to me confirmatory test of TB are cough culture of mycobacterium tuberculosis.
