My father (age 70 years) was suffering from chronic bronchitis from long time and treatment has been done from multiple doctors in Delhi and Kolkata. Finally we found that he has tuberculosis on critical stage. Please suggest for best treatment of

He is having cystic bronchiectasis.
Have you done any phlegm test specific for TB. If so revert with the report.
