Tummy belt after c section
I am 6 weeks postpartum after 2nd c section. Please let me know if i can start wearing tummy belt. Also when cab I start working out.

U can use belt now and it should be comfortable not overtighten, so that u can breathe normally and exercise u start after 3mths, now u can do brisk walk.

Excercise  can be started afyer 3 months. Belt does not help much.
