Twinning in a spontaneous conception depends upon genetics of parents..nd still s not 100 percent confirmatory..
Twinning has its own complications..both mother and babies are at risk for more complications like PIH ,GDM, anemia , preterm labour ,IUGR..in a twin pregnancy..
Via IVF u cn opt for twin pregnancy but no1 cn gv u 10percent surity of twins
