Twitching in body
31/Male I've been experiencing involuntary twitching in forehead and eyelids for last 3-4 years( 3-4 times daily) and trembling in hands for last 8-9 months. I recently noticed that my hands are shivering. I don't even smoke and drink rarely (once or twice in 4-5 months) in moderate quantity. I'm an active person. I go for workout and running . What could be the reason for this?

This could be a sign of severe anxiety where the mind body are related if the mind is shaky, the body can also mix of involuntary moments. Please book an appointment to see a psychiatrist and so therefore we can sort out this issue for you, if you get 3 to 4 months of treatment, this will go away completely.

With the symptoms as described, it becomes difficult to come to a specific diagnosis outrightly. You need proper in person examination to comment on the nature of your symptoms and exact underlying neurological/ psychiatric/ medical cause. Some possibilities include tics, anxiety, thyroid disorders, medication side effects among many others.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist/ neurologist in person
