31/Male
I've been experiencing involuntary twitching in forehead and eyelids for last 3-4 years( 3-4 times daily) and trembling in hands for last 8-9 months. I recently noticed that my hands are shivering. I don't even smoke and drink rarely (once or twice in 4-5 months) in moderate quantity. I'm an active person. I go for workout and running . What could be the reason for this?

Hi.. i will need further history regarding the same to advise appropriately. This twitching can be due to calcium deficiency, tremors die to anxiety, or physical causes like thyroid issues. You will need further evaluation for the same.
This could be a sign of severe anxiety where the mind body are related
if the mind is shaky, the body can also mix of involuntary moments. Please book an appointment to see a psychiatrist and so therefore we can sort out this issue for you, if you get 3 to 4 months of treatment, this will go away completely.
With the symptoms as described, it becomes difficult to come to a specific diagnosis outrightly. You need proper in person examination to comment on the nature of your symptoms and exact underlying neurological/ psychiatric/ medical cause. Some possibilities include tics, anxiety, thyroid disorders, medication side effects among many others.
U need in person evaluation to know what exactly is happening. Twich can mean multiple things if used technically. Please consult psychiatrist or neurologist in person for more clarity of symptoms
