Twitching in my eye
My left eye is twitching past 3 days, is there any drops I can put to re wet my eyes if this is due to dryness. Or there could be some other reasons too, please advise.

Your symptoms are suggestive of myokymia
Most common cause is stress
It usually resolves without treatment
