Two Nodule in neck. Observe next step.

Dear Doctors. I was doing routine health check up and noticed change in tsh levels..and undergone T3,T4 and TSH followed by ultrasound neck and FNAC . I have attached these reports. Discovered that right and left nodules in neck. Currently I am on Neo Mercazole 10 tablet and I don't have any problems such as swallowing.etc. I'm perfectly alright and only thing swollen thing appears on neck skin which is not much visible at this moment. My queries :: 1) Could you please please advice me what next needs to be done on this neck nodule. 2) Should I undergo TC99 thyroid scan for further diagnosis or after a month t3,t4 and tsh needs to be repeated and observe next step.
