Type2 DM, Gouty crystallopathy and thyro
Gout uric acid levels high in 2015 and medicated with Febuxostat 40 mg, colchicin 0.2 mg and Cal vit D3 500mg and Type2 diabetes mellitus detected in 2017, medications are Metformin 500 mg, glimi 10 mg, Tenegliptin 20 mg and also taking Eltroxin 100 mg for thyroid.
