Typhoid fever
I have cough with headache and inhibited fever and body pains and some sort of weakness what might be the reason for it is it typhoid?

As you complain cough with fever, it is more likely there is an infection in your throat or in your lungs. Typhoid fever do not have cough symptoms.

Kindly meet a good general physician, so that he can examine your throat and check your lungs for any infection. You may also require to do cbp and chest X-ray if required.
