Report shows WIDAL test positive for typhoid and CBC shows infection.ideally you should consult a physician in your area for a clinical examination and further management.

It will be keep as a typhoid positive . But u may go for the test of Typhidot igm . If it is positive the it will be consider as a typhoid enteric fever . Because sometimes brucellosis maleria also give false positive s typhi O antigen 1:160 titre .

Your tests suggest some infection. Typhoid test is not conclusive ( blood sample may have been taken early in disease or you may already be recovering from infection)
To confirm test you need to repeat it after 2 weeks.
