Ulcer like thing on head scalp

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hello Doctor, Since last 1.5year I have this on my scalp there was no pain till now but sometimes I get headache or pulling like pressure on head will this be due to this and what is the solution for this problem can it be possible to surgical removal or with some medicine
