I have ulcer in my soft plate inside mouth and is very painful . Chemist suggested me Smyle gel and I applied it but the pain is very much and I have started having sore throat too now

Take tab a-z one in the morning one at night-1week. Tab cipzen-d one in the morning one at night after food-3days. Gargle at night with chlorhexidine mouth wash. Also add pan-d 40 one in the morning one in the night before food -1week.
