Ulcers in mouth
I have ulcers in my mouth which looks like irritation, I have problem of constipation as well. As I starts smoking ulcers grow,and after quiting smoking they start decreasing but constipation take place and ulcers decreasing at a low speed. occasionally I smoke cigarette and with this my mouth irritation increases again. What should I do? What it shows?

hello, For an ulcer, you can apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. this will help to heal the ulcer. if they still persist, you need to consult a physician and get your Vitamin B levels checked. if required take supplements for it.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You know that smoking increases your problems, then why do you do it? Just quit smoking already. Tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month.
