First'of all osmf III diognosed by dentiist 10 month's ago, white patches and bands inside the cheeks and mouth burning heavy increasing day by day.mixed red and white lesions marked which are painful.
Now unhealing Ulcers on lips both UPPER LIP and lower lip round uppish and transperent
Since 5 months.
TOBACCO chewing is the etiology.
Please advise suitable medication.
I don't want BIOPSY.
