Ulnar sided wrist pain in my right hand
I suffered an undid placed fracture on march 23 2017 and was treated with a cast for 3 weeks . I have the cast removed and it has been close to 2 months. I still have severe pain when I try to rotate my right wrist. Please help .

It is post immobilisation stiffness in your wrist joint. It appears that you hadn't undergone physiotherapy after cast removal. you need to consult a good n professional physiotherapist to get the wrist examined n follow the protocol. manual therapy n strengthening protocol will cure your pain
