Ultra sound in the 1st month pregnancy

My wife is one month pregnant is ultrasound required,from which week it becomes necessary. Please advise.

Hi..I suggest that u meet up with a obstetrician so that she will guide u in the tests and scans to be done..ultrasound is usually suggested post 6 weeks from the last date of periods
