Less than 35 years Ultrasound breast and bilateral axilla is preferable over mammogram as the density of breast is more in this age group and lesions can be missed with mammogram

USG breast and Sono-mammogram are same. Mammography (X- ray) is different investigation. For age less than 30 Sono-mammogram is preferable...if found anything suspicious on it ,then only patient might require Mammography (x- ray) for further evaluation.
