Hello I even wanted to ask if I can conceive after my umbilical hernia mesh repair surgery and climb stairs after the surgery bcoz now it's been 8 months and I want to start my exercises so can I start pls let me know thanku so much

Considering your age and previous surgery it is advisable not to conceive as it will be very risky, you can start light exercises and don't overstrain as it can cause a relapse.
