Dear sir,
I have a patient who was hospitalised for continuous vomitting. On Tuesday everything was normal and expected to be discharged next day. But his neck used to droop down n could not open jaw. He suddenly lost conscious and had to be put on ventilator. CT Scan and MRI of brain has not given any lead to the doctor on diagnosis.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Your question about him isn't clear.
What's his history?
How did he land in such a situation in which he had to be put on a ventilator?
What was the diagnosis?
Please give proper details or you can talk to the treating doctor about all your doubts.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
