Unconsciousness
Greetings of the day!
My 20 yrs old brother woke up at 2.00am yesterday night and after doing nature's call, he suddenly fell down, after around 20-25 secs he regains consciousness.
He told me complete incident in the morning and I found some injury on his face and swelling on his tongue as well.
Please suggest.

Normally when someone faints it's either the heart or brain which is the cause here, in your brother's case we do not have his enough details like his habits, BP, whethere diabetic or not ? So I'd suggest do a complete blood work that I will list including a CT scan of the brain.
