Uncontrolled anger and self destructing
Hi doc , Iam Bijo George 25 year old.sir my problem is iram unable to control or manage situations. Unable to control my anger..I shout ,hit my hand to the wall ,hit my head to the wall,cry.this happens only when I have problems with my closed ones ..last day an incident happen when me and my friend eating dinner at hotel..we were talking a about something and suddenly I got angrier and I shouted at her in front of all and I hit my hand to the wall , threw my phone away . I couldn't control anything..she got embarrassed and stoped talking with me and I apologised she didn't accept the apology and that time again I have behaved like the same ..I cried..hit my hand ..and also I having suicide thinking ..I feel like killing myself ..what is the reason doctor ??is I am having some behavioural issues ??what should I do?? This happened all the time even with my family memebers

Hi Bijo , if u look into urself honestly, I wud have been having these anger issues since adolescence, as ur growing intensity n frequency n way u express ur anger increases. Kindly read abt emotionally unstable personality - impulsive type n see whether u can relate urself with. U can be guided n worked on provided u should have willingness to change within urself n not the people or environment. Tc. Thanks
