Hi good evening
I am 65 years old and have heart condition and am a diabetic patient however my diabetes is under control at the moment.
My situation is that I have uncontrolled stools and at times it falls off and spreads over my sari and falls onto the floor. It becomes difficult at times.
The diet I follow is south Indian vegetarian diet and I eat pickles and little spicy food as well which is part of diet. It gets embarrassing when I go out and visit places.
