Underweight baby
My baby is 2 months 3 weeks old he is active in all terms but not gaining proper weight by April 1 he will be completing 3 months he looks so small.his birth weight was 2KG 400Grm. Now he is 4kg..please suggest me any good diet and he is breastfeeding infant.

As he is active in all terms, there is no major issue. Just keep tracking his weight. Don't worry too much. If he is active, he will gain weight at some stage. Congrats on giving only giving breastfeeding. Eat fresh home cooked food with ghee, fruits and vegetables. Consult a pediatrician to rule out any other issues

Hi.
His weight is normal for the age. Babies double their weight by 5 months.
