Last night I suddenly felt a burning sensation in my chest while having difficulty breathing. While feeling all of these, I feel bothered/anxious/scared for no reason at all. Please help me.

It may be from chest cause or cardiac cause or it may be from mental cause like acute anxiety or panic attack.
Consult doctor immediately and check for ur physical parameters like checking blood pressure, pulse,ECG,chest x ray etc.I lf physical symptoms are normal then it may come from mental causes.
Consult then psychologist and doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

the above mentioned symptoms are indicative of anxiety . We need to evaluate the causal factors for further details. try deep breathing exercises to relax your mind. try consulting a clinical psychologist for proper management of the symptoms.
