Unexplained Weight Loss
Suffering from unexplained weight loss up to 12.5 kg in 3 months.No Positive symptoms on blood, TB test,Chest x-rays and gastro reports by endoscopy/colonoscopy,liver and kidney.Sugar levels are under control but panic attacks and weakness with hypertension/BP.Feels being unwell and always wanted to ly down in AC room to feel better and comfort.But WBC Count is very high around 16k but negative reported in blood culture test.Cardiac functions also reported normal in this case. We are not sure how to proceed with this issue and which doctor need to consulted.

Please consider endocrine cause. There are many endocrine disorders that can have similar symptoms. This includes thyroid and other organs. You could consult endocrinologist. If a over functional gland if detected, it has to be removed surgically. Though infection is a possibility, the symptoms don't exactly fit in. Needs complete workup.
