Since 4 months first painless,now became painful from root of teeth to ulcers of lips
Perhaps problem deepened.
I m diognosed I st as osmf III,with sunken cheeks and burning mouth 6 months back.
Paan chewing is the etiology.
White patches and bands inside the cheeks and mouth. Now almost big ulcers on cheeks
Growing bigger in size ,painful CHEEKS, painful lips and painful tongue.
Eating no chilly curry items also a great difficulty.
ENTIRE MOUTH IS SENSITIVE.

Hi , diagnosis of cancer can't be done by symptoms. We need biopsy to say carcinoma . Need details picture of your oral cavity and ulcers. Need biopsy if necessary with CECT neck if required. Quit all substance abuse like gutka , paan , smoking, alcohol .
