Unlasting pain in left testicle!
From past four days my left testicle is in pain, most of the time it doesn't feel like pain, but feels like something inside is pressing it. When I tried to examine where the pain is coming from, I felt a lump which might be a nerve or vein. By touching it, the pain got worse. What it might be?

Please do a ultrasound examination of scrotum. It would give an idea about the diagnosis and treatment
