Unsteadiness while walking and head move
Hi I have had episodes of vertigo in the last 3-4 years which have been mostly characterised by doctors as BPPV and i have taken vertin and got better. However now i feel a little unsteady as i walk fast or move my head quickly during walking. I take concur 5 mg and paroxetine both for anxiety since 2021. How do i deal with this unsteady feeling while walking ? Is there a test to rule out further complications.

Unsteadiness while walking or moving the head quickly in a patient with your history of BPPV could have multiple potential causes. It can be Recurrence of BPPV or Side Effects of your medicines as Concur & paroxetine can lower your heart rate or blood pressure, leading to dizziness or unsteadiness.
Next Steps
I understand you’ve been feeling unsteady while walking or moving your head quickly. This could be related to your history of BPPV, medications, or other factors. I recommend scheduling a consultation for a detailed evaluation. Will assess your medications, check for any recurrence of BPPV, and create a tailored plan to address your symptoms.
Health Tips
Avoid sudden head or position changes and use support (e.g., a wall or railing) when walking if unsteady.
