Unusual bleeding from the vagina

Asked for Male, 25 Years

My fiancee and i had come close a few days back. Aftr 2 weeks she was feeling nauseous. A few days later she started bleeding and had abdominal cramps. This continued for sometime and after that she missed her periods also. We had a home pregnancy test done after 8 days of her missed period but it was negative. Aftr that the bleeding stopped but she has a pain in the abdomen. What do i do? It is difficult for me to visit a doctor. Please help.
