Unusual swollen eye
My right eye suddenly began to feel irritated, like I had something in it. I did rub it pretty hard, and then when I went to look at it, it's very red (probably due to the rubbing) and the part of the eye next to the cornea looks swollen - when I look to the side towards my nose, I can see it bunching up against my cornea. I've never seen my eye do that before. I can see fine out of it, but it still feels like there's something in it and it's tearing up a lot. Will it subside on its own?

It's quite possible that there may be a foreign body in your eye. Please do cold compresses and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times. If not getting relief,Please consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
