Upper Back muscle pain
I'm experiencing severe Upper back muscle pain both sides along the spinal cord. The muscle ache seems to get intensified during sleep and the pain spreads to my chest muscles. Even when I cough or take a long breath the pain is felt. Plz help.

It could be some previous injury or so in all cord compression or it could be gastric pain
