Your condition seems to be from wrong posture while sitting whole day. You need an ergonomical chair to maintain curves of ur spine and adjust height of table if needed. Apply hot pack to ur upper back and try to take breaks to walk and move ur spine, can do gentle stretching of back and other big muscles of body to relax urself. Consult nearest physiotherapist if pain still persists.
