I am having upper left back pain since last 8 days. If I support back on hard surface, I feel better. Sleeping on left side worsens pain. Sleeping on right side or straight on back is ok- comfortable. Riding on two wheeler worsens the pain.
Pse advice.

Lifted weight ? Excercises?
Bending forward?
Associated with any loss of weight or appetite?
Any swelling in back or any other regions like armpit ,neck, groins?
It pains on application pressure by thumb ?.
