Upper back pain
I'm suffering from upper back pain.. I'm working as a teacher i've to stand for long time and correct papers in sitting position... I found in these two cases the problem is raising more..

• Hot fomentation x twice daily. • Neck Exercises. • Neck Stretching. • Postural Correction. • Shoulder Shrugs . • Use cervical pillow. • Use Back Support. • Self Massage the back of neck.

You have trapezius muscle spasm due to your activity. Do hot water fermentation and stretching exercises.
