Upper back problem
I have been suffering to upper back problem since 8 month, I have taken treatment LFT & UST more than 2 month regularly  with exercises but still no relief, so what should I do

Upper back pain  may be because of working in same posture for long time treatment gives you temporary relief

Greetings,  sorry about the pain.  You have poor posture which is infact causing pain.
Next Steps
see a physio with knowledge about trigger point therapy and massage your pain will subside 60% and exercise as recommended will relief rest of the pain. the whole process takes 2 weeks to see results and in 4 weeks time you will be pain free.

Do postural correction exercises along with upper back strengthening with free weights . Also get your vit d and b 12 checked
