I am being diagnosed for bilateral ovarian endometrioma. Doctor suggested me Uprize D3 60k for calcium supplements once in a week. I mistakenly ordered Uprise D3 2k. Do I continue same way once in a week or twice?

Since the amount of vitamin d is much lesser
You can return it and go back to 60k
