  4. Upset stomach and headache. Tomorrow.

Upset stomach and headache
Vomiting feeling, headache, uneasy stomach, fatigue, awaited periods. Eating from outside from few days. All this happening from yesterday. Took ornof for stomach uneasyness. Please advice as i have an exam tomorrow.
