Urethritis? It can u diagnose pls?

It had been a month I hv been sexually active, and after that I got some tincking sensation at my urethra continued for days !! (20 days back) !! And swollen grone lymph node !! Consulted a dermatologist after 8 days (he had given test for vdrl , hiv and urin infection) everything was negative Hsv infection are equivocal (0.8 IgM) But after 14 days I hv given for test results for hsv are absolutely negative !! Consulting a urologist now !! He is giving doxy and many antibiotics for urin infection for 7 days !! It's my 3rd day but after doxy. Their is no much improvement!! Still itching is there inside urethral tube ?? What's it can u diagnose pls ? Pls don't write consult me !! BCz I m already consulting a dr. I need ur suggestion to heal.
