Urgent concernment
Thick walled cyst ~2.8×2.3 cm with internal ecohes in left ovary. mild fluid in pouch of douglas .multiple lymph nodes ~5,6mm diameter tell me how these problems are caused it require diagnosis or not .it is problematic or not?
