Urinary infection sepsis
Mom 60 yrs, admitted for urinary infection sepsis with low BP 100/60 as of now with medication support and urine output upto 150 and above per hour and also with pressurised oxygen support, pls advice for further treatment

need to do a CT scan of Abdomen and pelvis to look for any stones or pyelonephritis changes or obstruction. Base on the findings, treatment can be planned. Some time a urinary diversion either by stenting or percutaneous nephrostomy may be required if there is evidence of obstruction
