Hello,
My baby is turning 6 months old in 10 days.
Am observing from last 3 days that he is urinating often but the amount is very less. Am feeding him well in every 2-3hrs though he is active and taking feed well.
He had a previous history of UTI due to which he was hospitalized in his early age of 2 months.
He got vaccinated 3 days ago and was on paracetamol for 2 days.
Is it a matter of concern should I start giving him small amount of water?
What needs to be done?
Regards,
Neena
Am little concerned

Since your baby is active , feeding well and not having fever or pain abdomen...so for the time being you can increase the fluid intake, can use filtered water as age is > 6 months, and then see if urination increasing or not
If it still not improving then as there's a previous history of UTI , Urine Routine examination with culture should be done
Vaccination and paracetamol use doesn't have any corrections with this
