Urine color
Within a day I observe my urine colour is yellow and sometime it is clear. It didn't happened in past happening from past few day.
Blood and urine reports are attached.

There are lot of reasons for yellow coloured urine, but the most common cause is concentrated urine due to inadequate fluid intake. Reports appears normal other than bacteria in urine. Get a urine culture and since you don't have any symptoms so take lot of fluids (1.5 to 2litres/day).
