Urine culture test. Any serious issue?

1 week back my wife who is 4 months pragnant had less urination with some sort of burning during uranation. So the doctor sugessted us to do urine culture test. Now she is absolutely fine no burning during uranation and frequent uranation . The report has arieved and the report is ...               Culture, urine with susceptibility         specimen source- urine                 polymorphous nuclear leukocytes... 2-3        red blood cells- .......   not detected       epithelial cells... 2-3                                 culture... Negetive                               organism... No growth please doctor tell me is there any serious issue? Please tell me I m very worried about the report... Plz tell me in detail...,
